The first and the second floor were very clean, neat and well organised. The location of the property was very convenient.

The garden was extremely dirty and unorganised, with spiders, webs, and insects everywhere. We couldn’t even open the kitchen door for fresh air because of the infestation. With a one-year-old child, we were constantly worried about her being bitten. The location of the key box was filthy, placed along the route of the dustbins, which were covered in spider webs and gave off a pungent, disgusting smell. I genuinely felt unsafe retrieving the key. In addition, the bathroom tub had a drainage problem, causing water to collect while we bathed, leaving us standing in a pool of dirty water.
