Mobil home au camping 5 étoiles à Deauville

Camping très sympa bien situé et très calme

Mobile home très propre et avec bcp d'accessoires disponible.

Bruyant la nuit (on entends pas mal les voitures) Douche problème de réglage (chaud/froid)

Nous avons été reçu directement par la propriétaire, fort sympathique et très arrangeant sur les horaires. Literie confortable. La terrasse couverte est un plus. Situation du camping proche trouville. Un bon camping familial avec ses 2 piscines dont toboggans.

Eau de piscine intérieure fraîche avec peu de vestiaires.

It had a nice balcony to sit and eat our meals. Everyone staying at the campsite seemed nice. The mobile home is in a quiet area, away from the noise of evening entertainment. The gym is nice but small.

Impossible to have a warm shower. Water ran burning hot or ice cold. The kids could not shower while we were there. It would be helpful to have a dish towel and toilet paper. There is a bbq but no bbq utensils. We had to buy some. It should be noted you need to bring your own pillow cases, fitted sheets and towels. Luckily we asked before arriving. I am not sure it is thoroughly cleaned between guests. I recommend not looking at the mattress in the third bedroom. Blood stains amongst other things. I think some small inexpensive updates/ conveniences would have made the stay more enjoyable. Also no wi-fi. The campsite itself is tired. It is not a 5 star campsite, maybe 3. Restaurant food is ok, not great. The pool areas feel dirty, pool water is cloudy and there are parts of the wall coming off in the outdoor pool. The campsite is also not within walking distance to Deauville or anything really. A bakery and tiny grocery store are a 15 minute walk away. Overall I would say the mobile home and campsite are fine but not five star. We will not go back.
