About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, fully renovated house with a swimming pool for rent in the village of Tourgéville. It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 4,800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels available at an extra charge – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchair, fireplace and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A study
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and wardrobes with hangers
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers
- Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers
An annexe is also available on request.
Outdoors:
- An 8 x 4 swimming pool (private, unheated), open from June until the end of October
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 4,800 m²
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Tourgéville, in a very pleasant rural setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… Deauville and the beaches are just 10 minutes away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Deauville - Trouville, approximately 8 km away
- Nearest airport: Caen, approximately 58 km away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided (but can be purchased from a local shop)
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge (only one pet is permitted)
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use. Rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided for this purpose at the end of the street on the right as you leave.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may be applied
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to weather conditions.
- The barbecue provided in the accommodation is in working order and charcoal is provided.
- A gardener responsible for maintaining the swimming pool and garden visits regularly. You will be notified if any maintenance work is scheduled during your stay.
