Everything was awesome!:)🎶

The apartment was super clean, and had everything we needed! BONUS: I broke both of my ankles after we planned our trip and before we arrived—so I was in a wheelchair. The apartment was very wheelchair friendly. There is one big step outside the front of the building, but my husband was still able to get me in. Once inside the building it was smooth sailing! Our son is a Lego set designer, and this apartment was close to everything—including their house:)

Besides these two needed improvements, it was very good stay.

Great location! The apartment was very clean and specious. Very good contact with the host. Another plus for us was that there was a footrest for children in the bathroom.

You should consider A/C installation, because it was a bit stuffy in the apartment and replacing the bed (the mattress was OK), as it creaked terribly with every move.

Excellent communication from the host!

The apartment is in a perfect location. Host allowed us to store our luggage early in a locked storage room and we had great communication before and throughout our stay. It's cute that the apartment as well as the apartment number is decorated to match the Lego theme. :) There's also a Billund and the adjoining area tourism catalog on the TV stand, just in case you would like to add something to your trip. :)

There was a bit of an odd smell once we entered the apartment, but we just opened all the windows and it was gone in about 1-2 hours. The walls are quite thin - you can hear the neighbours talk in a normal voice - which makes you wonder how much can they hear you and how mindful you should be of them, especially in the later hours of the day.

Fantastic option for visiting Lego House

The apartment was fantastic for visiting Lego House! It was less than one block from Lego House entrance (just walk across the parking lot and go between two buildings). The Lego House has outdoor free playgrounds on the grounds and the different levels of roofs. Thus, when we got to the apartment, we could go out and play on the roofs of Lego House in the afternoon and then go to the inside during the day. The apartment is great size for 2 adults and 2 children. Parents slept in the double bed in the bedroom. Kids slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed is super easy to pull out. Light weight, easy to figure out. The chaise end of the sofa lifts up to reveal the bedding. Kids absolutely love it. There are legos showing the apartment number on the door. There are also circular place mats on the coffee table and the dining table (in the smaller room without windows behind the living room) that made the tables look like Lego pieces--great touch! Everything was spotless, super clean. The kitchen has a sink, fridge, the hob with two burners is electric and stored in the cupboard. Thus, if you are not cooking, you have more counter space. There is a dishwasher. There were sufficient towels and bedding for our family. There are very cute Lego coat hangers on the wall. There is a large grocery store less than one block away (on the other side of a parking lot and smaller burger restaurant). There are multiple restaurants and a lovely bakery (opens early to provide coffee and pastries!) a block in the other directions. Where the big grocery store closed earlier, there was a Reema 3 blocks away open until 10pm. The food in Lego House, Legoland and many of the restaurants in Billund is $$$. Thus, groceries are a great option for cutting costs. The fridge and apartment make that easy. We also enjoyed the free parking right in front of the house. We had booked Lego House in advance including booking the time (required) and restaurant.

The only challenge for us was that the instructions said the lockbox was to the left of the door. When we got there there were two doors in the front, one with a lockbox to the left (this apartment was occupied) and the other door without a lockbox. We were trying to call the owner but no one picked up. I tried calling booking.com but it just a gave a message "we'll get back to you in 24 hours." This was momentarily distressing until the owner messaged back to say that the door with no lockbox was unlocked and that the door we were looking for was an inner door. Once we had that info, it was quite easy. The label on the door with no lockbox said "Apartment 1234" which I read mistakenly as "1234" not as apartments 1-4.

Our trip was all about the Lego House, so this property was perfect for that purpose

This property was selected due to its location, which if you are a Lego fan attending Lego House is superb. We were given clear instructions on how to get the keys but were also met by a property manager. Adequate supplies were provided at the property.

As it is promoted as a Lego fans apartment I think even more Lego theming could be applied. Just a suggestion. More kitchen supplies would have been appreciated (more glasses, cups, cutlery) and perhaps oven mits. Information about recycling would have been welcome.

Basic apartment, perfectly located nearby everything

Perfectly located in central Billund next to the Lego House. Many restaurants within walking distance. Basic, but sufficient. Note: one double bed, others will have to sleep on the converted couch.

A toaster would have been nice, and an extension cord so you could put the portable cooking stove underneath the hob.

The room had a lot of different functions provided; netflix and prime subscriptions (idk if it's left over by others or provided but still), many rooms for different purposes, cutlery and cooking equipment, and even phamplets on nearby tourist attractions.

Nice and cosy in perfect location

Nice cosy, clean and comfortable apartment. Nice size TV with comfortable beds. Ideal for day or two while visiting LegoHouse or Legoland. Only downside was loud conversations from apartment next door until midnight.

Great located apartment with fun nod to Lego.

This apartment was a great find. Location is perfect, it’s a 2 minute walk to Lego house which was our reason for visiting, there’s a supermarket on the doorstep, shops, a cafe and restaurant also a 2 minute walk away. Apartment was very clean and has a nod to Lego with pictures and coat hooks.

We stayed in apartment 3 and although we really enjoyed our stay I think some things could be improved… We came in November it was snowing and minus degrees, our first night we were freezing even though we turned the radiators to full it didn’t get warm. The bedroom only had one curtain and it covered half the window so we were woken as soon as the light came through. We thought it was odd that there’s a extractor in the kitchen but no hob, there’s a portable hob in the cupboard but you have to move the microwave and kettle to be able to use this and nowhere near the extractor. There was no toaster which we also found strange for a self catering property.

Pavimento in parquet un po’ cigolante e letto matrimoniale anch’esso un po’ cigolante. Lascerei istruzioni per utilizzo del fornello. Potevamo chiedere ma poi abbiamo deciso di non usarli. Viene richiesto di togliere lenzuola usate.

Sehr gute Lage am LegoHouse. Legoland und Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Bäcker und Restaurants um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Parkplatz am Haus.

Die Kochplatte ist wegen fehlender Steckdose bzw. Verlängerungskabel nicht unter dem Dunstabzug nutzbar. Kaffeemaschine oder Filter fehlen. Schneebesen, Salatsieb fehlen. Der Boden ist nicht aus Holz, sondern ein schlecht verlegter Laminatboden, der bei jedem Schritt knarzt (Wohnung Nr. 3). Die Terrasse ist mangels Möbilierung nicht nutzbar. Der Esstisch steht in einem fensterlosem Raum.

Świetna lokalizacja - w sam raz na wizytę w Lego House

Świetna lokalizacja - bardzo blisko Lego House (głównego celu naszego wyjazdu). Darmowy parking. Czyste mieszkanie ze wszystkim czego potrzeba na jedną lub więcej nocy.

Niestety w dzień naszego przyjazdu popsuł się telewizor. Zgłosiłem to natychmiast do osoby zarządzającem obiektem. Jako, że byliśmy tylko na jedną noc, nie jestem pewien, czy i kiedy zostało to naprawione. Rezerwując to miejsce, weźcie pod uwagę, że osoba zarządzająca miejscem wyśle wam prośbę o wyrzucenie śmieci i zdjęcie poszewek z pościeli, której używaliście. Niby drobnostka, ale trzeba wziąć to pod uwagę przed wymeldowaniem.
