Exceptional stay for the family with kids!

Exceptional stay! Thank you for the warm and friendly welcome. The apartment is very cozy, perfectly clean, and beautifully decorated — everything is new and modern. It had absolutely everything we needed (2 adults, 2 kids)! We felt like at home and had a wonderful time in Billund. This is probably the best accommodation in Billund right now. Highly recommended!

Perfect detox from Legoland for the evenings

Perfect place to head back to for some peace and quiet after enjoying the intensity of Legoland or Lego House in the day. Apartment is in an extremely quiet area surrounded by fields and a church. The owners have bikes available to hire for very reasonable rates, which we used every day to enjoy a very gentle cycle in to Billund on cycle lanes (15-20mins each way). Apartment is very clean with everything needed as an ideal base for a few days. Kids loved the go karts, swings and games in the garden which was a lovely bonus. Owners are very helpful and friendly and willing to share ideas of things to do if needed. Food shop (Netto) just a couple of minutes drive away, open late. Highly recommended! Thank you Dorthe and Jens!

Wonderful time with fully equipped, brand new & spacious apartment.

Very well equipped, brand new with a lof of place inside and a small playground for kids. Not far from Billund center. It's also possible to rent bicycles. The owners also knows much about the area and give good trip advices.

The best recommendations. We would stay there again.

We had a really nice stay at the property. It was fully equipped so you could find everything you needed for your stay. It was really nice to relax and have a morning coffee in a huge garden with swings and sand box for kids. I especially recommend it to families who like a quiet stay outside the city. The distance to Legoland isn't that bad. For those who don't want to walk to Legoland, the distance can easily be covered by bike. The owners of the property Dorthe and Jens are very helpful and pleasant.

Simply the Best

So cute apartment in a wonderful location, very close to Legoland and Legohouse. Jens & Dorthe are excellent hosts. If anytime I return back to Billund….I would like to stay at Landstedet again!

A lovely wee place

Super clean and well equipped. Spacious and airy although it is basement. Although it is underneath the hosts accommodation, it all felt very private. Our hosts were so friendly there to meet us on arrival and say goodbye other than that we just did our own thing. If you want quiet rural Danish this is a very picturesque spot.

For anyone staying here if they are visiting Lego attractions with children, this would be difficult on public transport. Its about 2 miles from the middle of Billund. The hosts rent bikes out (we borrowed bikes from friends not realising this) so once there getting around very easy. Its a long walk with a suitcase otherwise.

A gem of a place

We had the most wonderful stay, which was just the perfect finale to our trip to Denmark. Dorthe and Jens greeted us upon arrival and were extremely nice and kind. The apartment is brand new and is excellent for a family of 4. Our kids enjoyed playing some games outside in the yard.

The ceiling is very low, can be a problem for very tall people. Not for us though. A microwave would be appreciated.

Tolles Legoland Wochenende

Tolle Ausstattung, alles was man braucht. Vom kleinen Staubsauger bis zu Kaffee war alles da. Super nette Gastgeber. Sehr nahe zum Legoland und Lego House.

Auch wenn wir wussten das die Wohnung Souterrain ist hat sich die geringe Deckenhöhe anfangs komisch angefühlt

Sehr empfehlenswert - ich würde die Unterkunft bei einer Reise nach Billund jederzeit wieder wählen.

Tolle Gastgeber, sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Ruhige Lage am Rand von Billund, aber die Attraktionen sind schnell zu erreichen. Sehr gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche, es war alles vorhanden.

Prima appartement vlakbij Legoland/Legohouse met zeer gastvrije eigenaren.

Prima appartement met 2 slaapkamers naast het huis van de hosts. Parkeren kan op het terrein. Ligging vlakbij Legoland, makkelijk te bereiken in een paar minuten met de auto. Binnen is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en de hosts zijn makkelijk te bereiken en proberen het je erg naar de zin te maken. Achter is een grote tuin met zitje, speeltoestel en skelters. Van de omgeving hebben wij verder weinig gezien maar voor een bezoekje aan Legoland of Legohouse is deze accommodatie zeker aan te raden!

Er is geen douchedeur zodat de badkamer nogal nat wordt. Er staat gelukkig wel een vloerwisser.

Varmt välkomnande boende med det lilla extra!

Värdparet var väldigt trevliga och gjorde det lilla extra. Fin lägenhet i lagom temperatur, välordnat och hade allt vi behövde. Vi hade tillgång till uteplats och kunde hyra cyklar vilket var ett plus. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende.
