The location is convenient and quiet.
The cleanliness could be improved, and there was an unpleasant smell. Noise from the neighboring apartment could be heard through the door, although it didn’t bother us much. It was less pleasant that cooking smells from the other apartment came through as well. There is also a lack of space for personal belongings and clothes, especially for hanging outerwear.
I would suggest improving the insulation of the interior doors to reduce noise and odors. It would also be helpful to provide a vacuum cleaner or a broom, as dirt tends to accumulate during a stay of several days.

the location is perfect
It wasn t clean at all. Mold, dust, broken curtain at the shower, broken pipe at the sink (kitchen). It smelled bad all the time.
