The location is excellent, close to the city centre and to the tram stop Theater am Leibnizplatz.
The host borrowed me an umbrella so I did not need to pack one.
I did not have time to use them, but there were tourist guides and a coffee machine in the room.
I find the value offered for the price great, compared to other options available at the time of booking.
The bed was comfortable as I slept surprisingly well.
The place was clean, overall.
There was some dust gathered on the bathroom heater bars. I know it can be difficult to notice, but I guess I should not give full marks for cleanliness due to this detail. This was not an issue for me though.

Contact sympathique et communication efficace. L'accueil a été chaleureux et l'emplacement était paisible, mais assez proche des commerces ou de chemins de ballade et du centre ville.
Sincèrement, je n'ai rien à écrire à cet endroit.
