To collect the key from a location far from the venue.

The place ok but the customer experience was horrible. I will not recommend for a first UK traveller. They refused to give me a lounge to sit pending my checking cus my flight was in the morning and I have to stay on the street with my luggage from 9am to 3:40pm I struggled to get the key from another location (store24) downtown which was about 15 minutes walk-in. It was the most horrible experience moving my luggage up n down. I ve never encountered such a bad customer experience in a hospitality service. One of the staff we called for support was extremely rude and heartless. I think they operates from Sebia When I finally got the key after stressful up n downs. I realized they ve a reception where they could be been a little empathetic to a foreigner a give me a seat. The guys at the reception are ok n up to the task. The is ok but the faces behind the services are inhumane.

1. Horrible experience moving forth and back to get the key to the room. 2. No empathy for foreigners 3. Very bad customer service
