Great stay, bad timing.

Very spacious, cute esthetic, functional. Owners were very nice, helpful, and friendly. Beds were super warm and comfy!!

Dishes in cabinet were dirty and sticky, had to wash before use. Probably need to find a new property cleaner. It was also bad timing as a critter had died under the house and was smelly on that end.

All in all our stay was decent for the price. Could’ve been a lot cleaner both inside and outside.

The house was spacious and decent looking on the inside.

House was extremely dirty on the outside, porch was covered in dirt and peeling. Inside there were lots of spider webs and bugs both alive and dead. Oven was dirty and there were no pans to use for the oven.

Location & quite area.

Beds were a bit "too soft", couches a bit "rickety / old" and a couple of water bugs. Keep in mind this is a personal perspective thing.

Spacious enough for our stay, needs to have a thorough cleaning!

Communication and easy access

The home definitely needs a thorough cleaning. Animal hair on the chairs, the sofa spring are just about gone in one couch. The kitchen was very dirty. Food debris left on the fridge, stove and counter. Cobwebs growing on ceiling fans, the front door needs to be sealed at the bottom a lot of bugs came through the cracks, there were no trash bags, or dish/wash cloths and the back door was left open upon our arrival. I had to go to the store to buy trash bags and cleaning supplies to disinfect the place.
