Die Unterkunft ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Toll, dass es einen Fahrstuhl und eine Klimaanlage gibt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super, sehr proaktiv und mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps und Informationen.
Die Küchenausstattung könnte noch etwas umfangreicher sein zB mit einem kleinen Mixer oder Rührgerät. Die Parksituation war teilweise problematisch, weil es sehr voll war und man öfter weiter weg parken musste - mit Baby einfach etwas umständlich. Dafür sehe ich aber nicht die Unterkunft in der Verantwortung.

Pulizia impeccabile, posizione centralissima, arredo e comfort, gestione check-in/out da remoto semplice, stanze insonorizzate rispetto al traffico e alla movida (a finestre chiuse), autonomia (cucina, lavatrice,clima), ascensore. Il prezzo a notte è più che onesto visti tutti i comfort forniti, ben oltre le aspettative.
Se non si vuole dormire con le finestre aperte onde evitare il rumore esterno durante la notte e la mattina, lo split del clima è in una posizione un po' scomoda per raffreddare bene, ma è una piccolezza in confronto alla qualità do tutto il resto!
