Pulizia impeccabile, posizione centralissima, arredo e comfort, gestione check-in/out da remoto semplice, stanze insonorizzate rispetto al traffico e alla movida (a finestre chiuse), autonomia (cucina, lavatrice,clima), ascensore. Il prezzo a notte è più che onesto visti tutti i comfort forniti, ben oltre le aspettative.
Se non si vuole dormire con le finestre aperte onde evitare il rumore esterno durante la notte e la mattina, lo split del clima è in una posizione un po' scomoda per raffreddare bene, ma è una piccolezza in confronto alla qualità do tutto il resto!

Die Wohnung liegt fussläufig zum Meer, ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten an der Strasse( 6 Euro pro Tag). Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles durchdacht und blitzsauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war nett, präzise und informativ. Gegenüber ein außergewöhnliches Pizzarestaurant.

Appartamento con tutte le comodità possibili, ma cosa più rara pulitissimo e con cura ad ogni minimo dettaglio. Non mancava assolutamente niente!
