Overpriced and very dirty

This property had a great view.

Property was advertised as having air conditioning. Once we arrived at the hotel, our room had no air-conditioning. There was no bathroom door, no garbage cans. The room came with one bed with dirty sheets, The towels were stained and dirty. There was one chair in the room that was ripped with the fluff coming out. I would not recommend this hotel at any price.

Was so disgusting I cancelled

The view

Disgusting was like a rubbish dump, booked for 3 nights, I cancelled when I arrived as there was no staff on site I could not sleep there. Absolute filth.

Décevant à la limite de l’escroquerie.

Je voyage régulièrement en Thaïlande (c’était déjà mon 4ᵉ séjour dans le pays) et cela a malheureusement été l’une de mes expériences hôtelières les plus décevantes. Ce n’est pas tant les prestations en elles-mêmes qui posent problème, mais surtout le rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons payé environ 125 € par nuit en haute saison, ce qui paraît totalement disproportionné par rapport à ce qui est proposé. Nous sommes restés une semaine dans cet établissement et plusieurs points ont été très problématiques : • établissement pas vraiment terminé / impression générale inachevée, • gérant peu agréable dans les échanges, • équipements annoncés absents de la chambre, • pas d’accès au wifi, • pas de climatisation, • ventilateur inutilisable la nuit car l’électricité est coupée volontairement de 23h à 5h. Dans ces conditions, il était quasiment impossible de dormir correctement. Je ne recommande donc absolument pas cet endroit pour un séjour où le confort et le repos sont importants.

Fantastische week gehad!

Het uitzicht is geweldig!! Ook het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en helpt je waar nodig. We hebben een heel leuk verblijf gehad en ik zou meteen terug komen.

De weg is een beetje moeilijk, maar het is het zeker waard!

La peor experiencia de nuestras vidas

Por desgracia reservamos este sitio sin saber a dónde íbamos porque tuvimos que encontrar hospedaje rápidamente y no miramos las reseñas ni la ubicación. Cuando llegamos a Ko Ta y paramos a varios taxistas para que nos llevasen al alojamiento, todos se negaron o ofrecieron precios desorbitados debido a que está en una zona de MUY difícil acceso en medio de la montaña. Nos tocó llevar las maletas en la moto (dando dos viajes claro) y el camino para subir hasta allí es tan surrealista que no se puede ni describir. Pero eso no es lo peor, lo peor es que llegamos a un zulo sin construir extremedamante sucio (baño muy sucio, manchas en las sábanas...) en el que no había nada más que una cama, un ventilador y un retrete. No había agua caliente, el baño no tiene puerta, no había persianas en las ventanas asi que imposible dormir!!! El resto del hotel también está sin construir, es una vergüenza que alquilen un alojamiento en estas condiciones y encima con un precio nada barato. No es como se muestra en las fotos para nada. El ambiente era demasiado raro: el responsable del hotel se pasaba los días sentado en sofás con los huéspedes fumando y jugando a juegos de mesa. Es la experiencia más horrible que he tenido en mi vida. No nos fuimos a la primera noche por vergüenza y miedo a que se negase a devolvernos el dinero y no encontrásemos nada. Lo único decente que decir es que el único trabajador que vimos en todo el lugar era agradable.
