Made us staying longer at the apartment terrace (not rushing to the beaches) due to the views and terrace

Everything. It was clean, the interior was lovely and the view was incredible.

The only thing would be that there are a lot of ants that come in and the balcony gets dirty every quickly being that the apartment is right beside a tree. But it’s definitely manageable!

Magnifique avec quelques points négatifs

La terasse et la vue magnifique, parfait pour le lever du soleil. L’appartement dans son ensemble, spacieux et confortable.

L’isolation sonore est inexistante. Il y a en plus beaucoup de geckos dans les murs et le plafond qui font énormément de bruit, les autres appartements alentours et de légers travaux au moment de notre séjour. L’eau des toilettes était toujours sale.

La cuisine manque de vaisselle Il manque une vraie table pour petit dejeuner/diner Dans la cuisine, il faudrait mettre des stores car le matin c’est une serre On dirait les chats se battent juste au dessus de notre tête la nuit La douche manque de pression Il manque un petit aspirateur pour nettoyer correctement (notamment le sable) Éventuellement rajouter une machine à laver le lige pour les longs sejours

Tolle Aussichtslage mehr leider jedoch nicht

Man muss klar erwähnen, dass es wohl einen Unterschied zum Koh Tao Studios Sunrise geben muss. Wir waren im Koh tao Studios. Wir waren im oberen Stock in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Aussicht war sehr gut. Die Betten waren gut. Es gab eine Klimaanlage und zusätzlich einen Stand Ventilator in jedem Zimmer. Die Ausstattung der Küche war ok aber wir haben nichts benutzt. Kein Backofen dafür einen air fryer. Es gab keine Spülmaschine. Das Klopapier war sehr gut.

Die Wohnung macht leider insgesamt einen sehr sehr schmuddeligen und dreckigen Eindruck. Die Bettwäsche war aus unserer Sicht nicht gewaschen. Handtücher waren schmutzig und stanken. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber geputzt. Dreck in den Ecken. Jogurtschlieren am Kühlschrank. Alles war irgendwie klebrig und eklig. Sitz Auflagen auf dem Balkon waren furchtbar. Die Lichterkette draußen am Balkon war defekt. Insgesamt haben wir viel mehr erwartet. Leider.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit ausserordentlich nettem Personal und wunderschönem Ausblick. Würden die Unterkunft jederzeit erneut buchen.
