We liked the spaciousness and the light and proximity to the beach
We could have used more places to hang towels. Upstairs neighbors' toilet -- we think! -- made disturbing noise when flushed...

Close to the beach and restaurants. Hot tub was great and fire pit was really nice to have. Even though there were renters upstairs we didn’t encounter anyone so you do feel like you have a lot of privacy. Well stocked kitchenette. Great to have a washer/dryer.
The sleeper couch isn’t really great to sit down and watch TV. The table on the outside needs some kind of coating because it will give you a little splinters. should be an easy fix, but just bring a towel to sit on in a tablecloth. Only one of the windows in the bedroom had a screen and you really wanna hear the ocean and feel the breeze when you’re out here. If those are taken care of then this place would be close to perfect!

We LOVED this place. Had a great time hanging out in the yard with a fire and hot tub. The beds were so comfortable, Even the pull out. It was super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed.
And the best part it is half a block to the beach. We highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

The hot tub was nice after surfing. There is a surf spot within walking distance. Sheets were very soft and cozy. The windows in the dining-kitchenette area were cool.
The unit did not have a full kitchen. It says Kitchenette in the description but when we saw pictures of a full size refridgerator we assumed it would have everything in a normal kitchen but it lacked an oven and counter space. The smell in the unit is pretty bad (Like moth balls). There was a very loud sound when anyone would turn on the water or flush the toilet in our unit and the unit upstairs. This was really disruptive. It was not the best value for the off season.
