Cosy Campagne

There are four separate dwellings around a central courtyard and garden all sharing the same entrance off the road, but with their own private dwelling entrances. Our cottage had three good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, but only one average sized room downstairs which was the kitchen with a dining table and a standard size sofa. There is further comfortable seating outside, but as this is also the thoroughfare for the other cottages, it's not particularly private. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable and bathrooms good. There is a large supermarket a mile away. Overall the property was fine for the 2 nights we stayed there.

We only received the key code for the lock box after we had arrived and the cleaners, who were fortunately still cleaning another of the units on site, had let us in - this was despite days of emails and phone calls and the assistance of Booking.com. When Cosy Campagne did finally email, they were very apologetic, but that was too late for my stress levels!

Propreté impeccable, décoration chaleureuse, literie de très très bonne qualité, équipements électriques de cuisine mis à disposition. Café et thé ainsi que glaçons étaient présents, de même que du savon et du lave vaisselle. Hall intérieur, espaces verts. Chauffage allumé avant notre arrivée. Draps et linge de toilette fournis. Nettoyage compris dans le prix.

Absence de mode d'emploi pour monter le chauffage (il faisait -2° à l'extérieur à notre arrivée), mais nous y sommes quand même arrivé. Odeur de remontée d'égout après la douche dans la salle de bain du couloir. Quelques petits jeux de société auraient été bienvenus.

Gîte confortable, parfaitement propre et spacieux.

Aucune information ne nous été transmise avant notre arrivée …. Nous avons du téléphoner pour savoir où était les clés et où se situait la chambre !

Linge de toilette très sommaire ! ( 1 petite serviette par personne ) Pas de capsules à café ni de bouteille d’eau alors qu’il n’y a aucun commerce dans les environs !
