The room and the bathroom are big and clean. The lady who manages the place is very prompt and helpful.
The windows are of very poor quality and you can hear the street noise as if they were open. It’s practically impossible to sleep because of the noise, especially since the property is located near one of the city exits and there is heavy traffic right in front of it. Because of this, it’s a major downside. Installing better-quality windows would definitely help.

Lo staff è gentilissimo. Ottima pulizia della camera e del bagno, oltre che della terrazza. Ambiente spazioso. Condizionatore e tv buoni. Buona la cortesia di lasciare l'acqua agli ospiti in frigo. Alla fine c'è tutto l'essenziale. Sembra lontano, ma in realtà con qualche minuto in più a piedi, appena fuori dal centro, è raggiungibile facilmente. Il prezzo è adatto al contesto, ma lo abbasserei ancora leggermente, per renderlo un affare appena fuori dal centro, appunto.
Il getto d'acqua della doccia non aveva opzioni e soprattutto non è il massimo per chi preferisce un getto d'acqua forte. La temperature dell'acqua calda accettabile, ma chi la vuole molto calda fa fatica, magari.
Ho soggiornato altre volte in questa struttura, nella bella stagione, e non ho avuto questo problema per la temperatura esterna generale, ma è evidente che in inverno può dare problemi avere questa differenza di temperatura tra camera ben riscaldata e bagno non molto.

La camera confortevole con arredamento moderno di nuova ristrutturazione.
La posizione, le finestre vecchie che non isolano dal traffico intenso della strada sottostante. La colazione inesistente, perché chiamarlo b&b? Il prezzo non adeguato.
