Kristine - Luxury 2BR Saint-Germain Notre-Dame

The location of this apartment is fantastic. Right in the heart of St. Germain de Pres. Close to everything--shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Just wonderful to roam around the neighbourhood and feel like a local. It was a beautiful large apartment with two good size bedrooms (with large comfy beds) and two lovely bathrooms. The kitchen was the perfect size and well appointed for our stay. The host even provided coffee pods! A small washing machine in the kitchen was great for quick cloth washes. Communication with the host was effortless. Getting the code to the courtyard and the keys for apartment entry was easy.

The host should remove a few pieces of broken furniture in a bedroom closet to make more space for guests clothing--that's an easy fix. And the entry courtyard should be better lit at night but that might not be the host's domain. I'm glad we arrived during daylight. His door, however, is lit with a motion sensor. The apartment is not air conditioned and we were there during a very unusual late-May heat wave, but the apartment was comfortable by evening. The host had provided many fans for our stay.

The host was extremely responsive to my questions and gave helpful advise. The apartment was in a great location to restaurants and shops. The apartment was spotless and had so much charm. We loved our stay here!

Our family of four recently stayed four nights at The Kristine apartment. Fantastic, quiet location in the charming St Germaine neighborhood. Michelin restaurants, bars, everywhere within blocks. Terrific central spot to explore Paris. Easy access, check in, great communication from the host. Comfortable, stylish. Two bedrooms, one full bathroom + one half toilet + one half shower. Highly recommended.

Great location - loved being in this area. Very walkable and convenient to metro as well as great restaurants and sites!

1. loudness of property surroundings made it hard to sleep. There were constant trash cans being taken in and out in the early mornings by staff of the restaurant as well as trash service 2 of the days we were there provided very early wake up and constant banging from the cobblestone courtyard and restaurant items being rolled across. 2. There was no A/C in the unit which made it extremely hot as we were there in August. 3. Condition of furniture was worn and stained - dining chairs and couches had visible stains on them and significant wear and tear. 4. A few issues with things not working properly - internet didn’t work most of the time as well as main door did not lock to enter courtyard (safety concern).
