Die Unterkunft war eine Katastrophe

Nähe zum Strand

Baulärm vor der Haustür mit Presslufthammer Schlagbohrmaschine, Flex um 7.30 Uhr in der Frühe. Die ganze Woche durch. In der zweiten Woche wurden wir um 7.00 Uhr geweckt durch bohren und anbringen der Außentreppe. Wir mussten einen abenteuerlichen Weg durch die Garage und Hintereingang nehmen. Die Garage und den Parkplatz konnten wir gar nicht nutzen weil da die Werkzeuge und Baumaschinen standen. Der Vermieter hat geantwortet aber nicht auf unser Problem. Den Garten konnten wir gar nicht nutzen da da die Arbeiter den ganzen Tag ihren Bauschutt hingeschüttet haben. Und alles sehr verdreckt war. Auch die Inneneinrichtung war sehr schäbig. Die Fenster kaputt und total verschmutzt. Die Türen sind kaputt und können nicht geschlossen werden. Haben gleich an booking.com geschrieben jedoch bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Booking.com reagiert nicht. Normalerweise hätten wir eine andere Unterkunft bekommen müssen. Wir haben alles mit Bildern und Videos dokumentiert. Bin mal gespannt ob die Bilder von booking.com wieder gelöscht werden. Jetzt hoffen wir auf eine Entschädigung! Denn unsere Urlaubserholung war dahin.
