The location is very convenient — just a short walk to Noda Hanshin Station and Noda Station. There’s also an AEON mall nearby where you can easily shop for groceries or daily essentials. The house has three floors, each with its own toilet. * The **first floor** has two bathrooms — one with a bathtub and shower, and another with a shower box. The wet and dry areas are well separated. There’s also a laundry room with a top-loading washing machine and two wash basins, which were very useful for our group. * The **second floor** is the common area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space connected to a spacious bedroom. The toilet on this floor also has a separate sink area, and there’s a hairdryer provided. * The **third floor** has three bedrooms — one large room with a balcony (great for drying clothes) and two smaller rooms that can comfortably accommodate two people each. We were a group of eight, and the space was more than enough for everyone. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-designed for a big group stay.

The stairs are quite narrow and steep, but that’s understandable as it’s typical of traditional Japanese-style houses. The refrigerator is a bit too small for a large group. The pillows provided were rather flat — it would be nice to have extra pillows available for guests who prefer higher ones.

V good for a family with 3 toilets and 4 bedrooms. Also very easy to go do Osaka main attractions

Only one bathroom with taps / faucets old . Also the chairs in the dining room were squeaky and not comfortable

The location was great. Close to subway lines so easy access to everywhere we needed to go. Close to restaurants and convenience stores as well. Host was also very responsive and helpful. Whenever we had any issues or couldn’t figure out something, he would respond right away which was appreciated.

We travelled as a larger group of 8 so there weren’t enough chairs around the dining table. However there were lots of tatami pillows to use to sit on the floor Japanese style which the kids loved. The place is a little bit older than some of the other places we’ve stayed at in Japan. Also, the bath and showers were all on the ground floor. We travelled during winter over the Christmas period and there were no heaters on the ground floor to warm up the area before showering or bathing so it can get a bit cold stepping out of the shower.
