Dostępny parking i bardzo blisko do zatoki.
Brak WiFi, przez metalowe ściany nie działa też zasięg Internetu. Wewnątrz czysto natomiast budynek z zewnątrz porośnięty pajęczynami, raczej nikt nie dba o to by przetrzeć elewację raz na jakiś czas by pozbyć się nieprzyjemnych pajęczyn. Słabo opisane miejsce, nie tylko ja ale inni goście mają problem z dojazdem, brak odpowiednich znaków oraz kierunkow wewnątrz obiektu (np. Do stołówki)
