Dobre położenie, w pobliżu mola i licznych restauracji. Dobrze wyposażony apartament. Jest tam wszystko, czego potrzeba w czasie wakacji.
Apartament powinien być przeznaczony dla dwóch osób, które mogłyby wówczas wypoczywać w bardzo komfortowych warunkach. Wyjątkowo niewygodna kanapa w salonie nie nadaje się do natomiast codziennego spania dla dwóch osób.
