Very DISAPPOINTED - 3 people staying in 1 room with no separate bedroom,even though we booked one

I feel scammed and VERY DISAPPOINTED. The apartment, which was supposed to have a SEPARATE bedroom, was in fact just one room. We were 3 people (incl. one elderly person and one small child) sleeping in one room for 8 nights, and it RUINED our holidays. The owners confirmed that it was their mistake in description, but: - weren't able to offer any apartment that would indeed have a separate bedroom - didn't agree to terminate the booking early (which would allow us to move to some other apartment; we found 2 other nearby, in a similar standar, slightly lower price, while being bigger and with a proper separate bedroom) - didn't agree to refund a part of the fee as recompensation - and we did pay a hefty price for this apartment. - stopped taking my calls and answering messages, trying to contact them and solve the issue was a nightmare. I'd recommend everyone to stay away from this apartment to avoid such a bad experience that we had.

Lovely place

It’s a lovely place in Jurata. Close to the beach, close to the bay. Parking. Clean (spotless). The apartment had everything we needed. So comfortable. Big plus for the laundry room👍🏻 Pani Agnieszka was friendly and helpful. Such details like soap, washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, extra blankets and towels available for guests👍🏻

There is a charge for a baby’s cod. After all I didn’t pay it but I’d suggest giving up on it. I was not happy when I heard about it as it’s no charge in other hotels/holiday homes.

Komfortowy apartament w dobrej lokalizacji

Bardzo czysty, komfortowo urządzony apartament. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, optymalna ilość szaf. Wygodnie urządzona część dzienna wyposażona w niezbędne sprzęty do gotowania i naczynia. Mega wygodny fotel na balkonie. Ciche otoczenie i bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Miła obsługa, z którą jest stały kontakt. To już nasz drugi pobyt - polecamy i mamy nadzieję wrócić ponownie!🤗
