The full chef’s kitchen features ample prep space, stainless steel appliances, and a wide array of cookware. Gather around the expansive dining table—seating 10 plus island stools—to enjoy memorable meals together. Must be 25+ to rent property.
Sea Bound comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests with multiple sleeping options to suit families and groups.
The individual who books the reservation must be at least 25 years old, must be one of the occupants, and must remain on the premises for the entire stay. Booking on behalf of others is prohibited. Violation of this policy constitutes a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in termination of the reservation without refund. You will be required to provide the host with an image of your valid government-issued ID before your booking can be finalized.

Very nice property and would highly recommend. Close to the beach and the pool was very nice as well. Property owners were very responsive and excellent to work with. Would go again !

House was very nice and there was plenty of space for our large family. Kitchen was very well stocked. The pool was great when the weather cooperated. We didn’t use the fire pit or hot tub. The grill came in handy for burgers. There were plenty of beach toys, wagons, bikes and pool towels which were definitely appreciated! It’s a quick walk to the beach. Plenty of parking for several more cars than we had. Communication with Melissa was easy before and during our stay and she quickly resolved a few issues from the previous guests. We would definitely stay there again!

A Perfect Christmas Getaway!Our family spent three days here over the Christmas holiday, and it was truly the highlight of our season. From the moment we walked in, we knew we had picked the perfect spot. The first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the home was. It is incredibly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to spread out and relax without feeling cramped. The layout was thoughtful, and the festive atmosphere made our Christmas stay feel extra special. The outdoor area was a total hit! Even though it was December, the heated pool was perfectly warm, and the kids spent hours swimming. Having the hot tub available was a luxury for the adults to unwind in the evenings. We were also pleasantly surprised to find:• Kids' pool toys: These kept the little ones entertained the entire time.• Bicycles: A wonderful touch that allowed us to explore the local area and get some fresh air.What really set this stay apart was our phenomenal host. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She checked in on us throughout the entire trip, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were settling in well. Her hospitality and attention to detail made us feel like welcomed guests rather than just renters.
