Indoor Comforts
Inside, the main floor features a welcoming open layout that brings everyone together. The spacious kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, stone counters, bar seating, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. The dining table seats ten guests comfortably, and the living room provides plenty of seating along with a flatscreen TV for family movie nights. A convenient half bathroom is located just off the living area.

The first floor balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the primary bedroom, offering peaceful views of the pool.

Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms, balcony access, and a dedicated laundry room with a full size stackable washer and dryer for added convenience.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
