Mill St Retreat is located in the heart of Downtown Lexington! Enjoy our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome that has been recently renovated. This 1960 townhome is located within walking distance to Rupp Arena, UK, The City Center, & so much more! Our property features all the modern-day amenities a guest could desire including parking and private back patio. Guests will live like a true Lexingtonian and will be conveniently located for all their stay needs.

Our second floor includes two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Our third floor features a cozy second living space and two twin beds.

While our property is walkable to many local attractions, we do suggest guest have a personal vehicle or rental car to access Central KY.
Guests will enjoy this 3-story townhome that includes a private back patio and private parking for up to 3 vehicles. Guests are prohibited from allowing more people onto the premises than the maximum occupancy limit specified for the property. Any unauthorized guests beyond the allowed occupancy are not permitted at any time during the rental period. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancelation of your booking and forfeiture of any payments made.

Host communicated well with our questions. We drove Kia Carnival and it fit in the driveway for future visitors. The house is 5-7 minutes away from Rupp. The only issue we had was the ice on the front step/sidewalk. But not worth docking the rating, house was clean and updated beautifully.

Spacious, comfortable, clean - great location. You were right about needing a car that is on the smaller scale to access driveway but we managed.

Nice place. It took 45 min to get in the home because no codes worked. WiFi didn’t work, we was unable to watch tv, connect to our iPads for work etc. but the home was nice and clean
