About this house rental

Our remodeled 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhouse is a short walk to downtown Lexington, Rupp Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Keeneland. The townhouse has three bedrooms. One with queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Two smaller bedrooms with a full bed each that share an additional bathroom. All bathrooms have been completely renovated. A queen airbed is available to comfortably sleep 8. The Roku TV has basic Cable, Hulu, Netflix, ESPN, and HBO.

What a wonderful stay in an amazing location. The check in and communication with the host was top notch. The property was just as described, quiet , clean and centrally located. We stayed for a few days for some work meeting and the place was ideal, super fast internet and a TV in the living room that we could broadcast our computers on. I would recommend this place for anyone that is wanting to be within walking distance or a short uber ride to all that Lexington has to offer.

This townhouse was perfect for us. Three bedrooms were spacious. Living area was comfy. Perfect location for our son's wedding in downtown, maybe 2 miles away. To our surprise there were 2 air mattresses!! We bedded 8 adults and all slept well. Host was very responsive to all inquiries and very polite. Will definitely stay again if in Lexington

Great renter as always. This is our third stay and always great. Very close to Rupp Arena. Very clean and Ben is always easy to contact if you need anything. Will definitely stay again. A

Great location but with an SUV parking was a challenge, there was laundry in the dryer, very uncomfortable beds, as well as we found fruit snacks under the couch.
