About this apartment rental
The Digeskolen (Danish for “dike school”) in Vollerwiek was originally built in 1930 as a school building and kindergarten for the Danish minority on the Eiderstedt Peninsula. The building is a designated historic landmark and has been transformed in recent years into a modern vacation apartment building through an extensive renovation. This has created an exciting and striking contrast between old and new. With great respect for the tradition and history of this historic property, the building has been brought up to 21st-century standards. Inside Digeskolen, you’ll find a modern, renovated, and redesigned living environment in the premium segment.
The Friedrich Hebbel apartment on the upper floor of Digeskolen is ideal for young families. Its south-west orientation provides excellent natural light within the home. This modern apartment features a practical layout and serves as a peaceful retreat on the upper floor of the building—ideal for North Sea enthusiasts!
The chicly furnished apartment is designed in a modern style. With two separate bedrooms (a double bed in the master bedroom, a pull-out single bed in the children’s room) and an open kitchen with a counter, the floor plan is modern and contemporary, and the spacious living-dining area offers room for 4 people.
The Friedrich Hebbel apartment features a patio (with dining set) in the beautiful 3,000 m² garden with sweeping views of the marshland.
A maximum of one dog is allowed (for a fee), and the pet is not permitted on the sofa and/or in the bed. Please book only if you accept these restrictions.
