Garden Level: Spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, a recamier, and an armchair, flat-screen TV, and fireplace. Direct access to the terrace with outdoor furniture for 6 people plus a beach chair.

Entryway with coat rack, shoe cabinet, and closet.
The kitchen is bright and well-equipped with a dining table for 4 people (expandable to a maximum of 6), a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven, an induction cooktop, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee pod machine, a coffee maker, a toaster, etc. A high chair for toddlers is available.
The bathroom on the first floor features a toilet, a sink, and a spacious, walk-in shower. It also has a heated towel rack and underfloor heating.
First Floor:
West-facing bedroom with a double bed featuring high-quality firm mattresses, a wardrobe, a reading chair, and a flat-screen TV.
