Property was good and as described. Basement bedroom was cold, even after changing the thermostat. Some door hinges need some oil (loud squeaks). Upstairs bathroom serves 3 bedrooms with two doors (one to the master bedroom). A little odd, but, just the way the upstairs was laid out.Lots of room. Backyard was nice space for kids.

Perfect location if attending events at Pike Lake Golf and Beach. House was clean with plenty of room. Basement is very cold.
