"Le clos de L'Authion", located in the Loire Valley in the heart of Anjou, offers an ideal starting point for visiting castles, vineyards and all kinds of cultural, gastronomic and nature discoveries with family or friends.
Very quiet and bucolic environment, about 5 kms from Saumur, its famous black setting, 2 kms from the town center in the peaceful hamlet of the commune of Vivy.
Housed in an old freestone schoolhouse, in a bucolic and elegant setting, you will be seduced by its stone walls, its enclosed garden and its soothing view of the river. The accommodation:
Our house of 150 m2 dating from the 19th century is composed on the first floor of an entrance leading to a bright living room with 2 sofas and office area, an independent dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchen essentials, a bathroom, bathtub, and toilet.
Upstairs:
A master suite with TV, bathroom and toilet, 2 bedrooms in a row, the 1st is composed of 2 trundle beds and a TV area and the second of a double bed and a single bed.
The whole offers all modern comforts and is charmingly renovated.
Passenger access
You have access to more than 400 m2 of enclosed garden where your children can play in complete Security.
You have a private terrace with BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Private parking in the property (under the courtyard)

Le Clos is only 2 km from Saumur and, if you wish, you have the possibility to go fishing by taking a fishing permit.

Beautiful property/home. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a stay. Was an excellent place to spend quality time with the family. Host, Arnaud, is lovely and has furnished his home beautifully. Location is super for exploring the Loire Region. Would definitely recommend.
