About this house rental
The gite de la garde is located near Rochefort en terre and La Gacilly, small towns of character to discover absolutely! Craftsmen, open-air photo exhibition, prehistory park, tropical park... the region is full of unusual places to visit and why not a tour in the forest of Brocéliande, you may meet Merlin! If you prefer action, tree climbing, canoeing, and escape games are on the menu of your stay. Although we are close to Redon in our village of Peillac you will find the essential local shops, bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, as well as some places of conviviality café, PMU . . .
You are in Brittany land of welcome and tradition, with us the sea is never far away, we are 40 minutes from Vannes, the beaches of Damgan and the entrance to the peninsula of RHUYS.
This stone house has its origins in 1803, (Napoleonic era), we have completely renovated it and we are offering it to our guests in preview this summer. We have taken the greatest care of your comfort and well-being. The 80 cm walls will provide you with summer comfort protecting you from the heat.
The cottage is independent and is located 1km from the village, ideally designed for 5 people. Access is via a private road. (3 parking spaces)
-You will have a living room of about 55 M2 including a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, stove with convection oven, microwave). . . . The appliances are new. The dining table is designed for 6 to 10 people.
In the laundry room the washing machine is at your disposal to facilitate your holiday.
The lounge area has a 4-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a 120cm TV and a Netflix subscription. (+ 1 toilet).
Upstairs two large bedrooms Morgane and Guenièvre
Morgane about 20M2: 2 beds of 90CM (can be assembled in 180 cm), new bedding, en-suite bathroom with shower, a large sink, hairdryer and a separate toilet.
Guenièvre about 25 M2: 1 bed of 160 cm, new bedding, 1 sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with shower, two large sinks, hairdryer and a separate toilet.
You can take your meals on the garden table and a barbecue is at your disposal.
The garden is partly enclosed and not overlooked. You can take a well-deserved rest in the sun loungers and enjoy the sun, or in a shady area.
-free wifi
-sheets can be offered at an additional cost, at a rate of 10€ per bed (from 1 to 7 days)
- the kitchen and bathrooms must be left clean
-a cleaning supplement of 50€ is offered if you wish.
-Nespresso electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster,
-board games are available, we thank you for leaving them in the condition you found when you arrived.
-baby cot if necessary to specify when booking
-we also put a few books to enjoy on site
