Twilight Cove is a 2-level home: Main floor, upstairs bedroom. With 270 feet of sandy lake front on Muskellunge Lake, this hidden gem is nestled on a quiet cove making it perfect for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Muskellunge Lake is an All Sports lake, highspeed boating times between 11:00am and 7:00pm, before 11:00am and after 7:00pm is no wake time. Public boat launch is located on the southern west side of the lake.

Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home. Fireworks are prohibited at a Freshwater location for the safety of all persons in and around the property, even if it is legal in that city.

Pets: 2 dogs under 50lbs. are allowed at property. Freshwater Vacation Rentals currently charges $75/per pet for your entire stay. Yes, we do accept dogs, yet we do ask that you please clean up after them both inside and outside the cabin. Plus, if you allow them on the furniture, we do ask that you please bring your own linens/blankets for them to sleep on. Just let us know which bed you will be using with them, and we'll make sure it is ready for your sheets when you arrive. Plus, if the pet hair starts to build, we do ask that you please run the vacuum. Generally, dogs love the water and places to explore. Pet food does tend to attract mice, so vigilance is needed.
Privacy: There are neighbors directly next to property
Snowmobiles: a person (resident and nonresident) that operates a snowmobile in Michigan is required to purchase a snowmobile trail permit. The trail permit enables snowmobilers to ride state-designated trails and thousands more miles of public roads and on public lands (where authorized). It is valid for one year, which begins Oct. 1 and ends Sept. 30 of the following year. State-designated trails are open Dec. 1-March 31 and grooming occurs when there is enough snow on the ground.

This place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. There was great swimming and lots of fun to be had whether we were making a fire in the bonfire pit, floating on the lake or staying inside playing board games. Great place for everyone. We had so much fun watching our corgi pup swim his heart out!

We enjoyed a few days of extended family vacation. It was great to have three bedrooms, a nicely equipped kitchen and a deck with a grill that we used almost every day. Beds were comfortable and the wifi worked without a hitch, specially as one of us were doing some remote work. Washer and dryer were a plus. Our daughter enjoyed kayaking. The lake is more to enjoy with toys than swimming, but it was ok to cool off. Sunsets are amazing!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean , and the location was perfect for our reunion. My granddaughter and I tried kayaking. It was fun, and the lake was beautiful and peaceful.

We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The home was clean and very comfortable. The few complaints we have got dealt with pretty effectively and efficiently. The lake is absolutely gorgeous and we caught lots of fish. We did bring our own jet ski and paddle boards but still used the cabins kids kayaks and paddle boat. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay!
