Well-equipped kitchen area opens onto the living room (double sofa bed). 1 bedroom: (1 double bed), shower room, toilet. Large veranda with a beautiful furnished terrace.
Amenities: Washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, 2 hotplates, microwave, oven, extractor hood, garden furniture, and sun loungers.
Perfect for beach lovers, don't forget your bikes to explore the La Clape massif and explore Gruissan, its circular village, its tower, and its legendary beach of chalets on stilts. Pets not allowed - €350 deposit - Linens not provided - Optional cleaning at an additional cost.
Electricity charges apply from October to the end of May. The shared swimming pools in the residences are open from mid-June to mid-September, depending on the weather.
