    The room itself was clean, comfortable, and met my expectations. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff significantly affected my overall stay. The staff came across as unwelcoming, negative, and unhelpful during several interactions. Instead of making guests feel valued, the attitude I encountered felt dismissive and discourteous. Hospitality starts with customer service, and while the accommodation itself was good, the front desk experience left a poor impression. I hope management addresses this issue, as improving guest relations would greatly enhance the overall experience.

    Upon arrival, we observed several concerns with the room’s cleanliness. The bed sheets appear grayish-white, crumpled, and not properly pressed. The glass window overlooking Anjo’s World has visible cleaning marks hat look like they were wiped with a dirty rag, and there was an unpleasant odor upon entry. As the room was advertised and booked as a “Superior Room (upgraded),” we had anticipated a higher standard of cleanliness and preparation. We would greatly appreciate having housekeeping revisit the room to ensure it aligns with your advertised cleanliness standards.
