Very clean. Perfect place if you want to relax. Absolutely beautiful. The management and the staff. Went above and beyond. I could not rate this place more highly. Both lady’s on reception. Were amazing. A lot of hotels could take tips of these two. Fantastic.

Just wanted to be away from the city for a change and have accommodation with a view.looking over the lake and enjoying the bird life made me happy.

Lovely room and incredibly clean which is nice. However hardly any staff there ever. We had an issue with a couple of things and no one there to sort it so just had to make do. Also at night there is an emergency exit light which is extremely bright and nothing to black it out.
The views were really lovely though and the place is quiet. My partner had a lot of difficulty getting into our room though as there was no one at reception and we booked for two. He had to call a number whilst I was at work and the lady on the phone wasn't helpful or proactive about the situation. She also gave my room number out to the wrong guy which is a safety breach.
