    Booked on the same day because of a spontaneous visit to Kingston to visit friends for Canada day. We were pleasantly surprised that it was very much like a serviced apartment. Very clean and everything looked new.

    When I checked in the hotel tried to charge me for a room I already paid for via a booking website. The bed sheets (I noticed this the following morning) were dirty. I got into bed at night and didn't notice the sheets until the mornning. This was a complete turn off. When I made an inroom coffee, the pods from the last clients were still in the machine. It makes me wonder just how well the hotel is being cleaned. A staff person working at the breakfast area smelled awful. The body odour was nauseating. He should not be allowed to working where people are eating. I don't normally leave bad reviews, but my stay was very disappointing.
