The environment is clean and comfortable to live in.

The network signal is average, and you need to be close to the window of the room.

The room was neatly, and the bed was comfortable, which made the stay feel relaxing.

Close enough to walk to the main strip where there are heaps of bars & restaurants.

Advertised as one bedroom apartment but there was no one bedroom. Looks like they have taken the sliding door down to the room therefore the bedroom & lounge are just one room. Booked the one bedroom primarily for the peace and quiet whilst one slept & The other can spend time in the lounge seperate. Therefore the rate paid should’ve been for a hotel room or studio not for an appartment. If

Easy walk to Bumrungrad hospital and easy to get around town. Nice pool. Good amenities (fridge and microwave and washer). AC was good. Bed was moderately comfortable.

Only 2 pool chairs. Definitely a run down property. Only 1 elevator was working and on one morning when I had a 7 am appointment at the nearby hospital the elevator wasn’t working at all and I had to take the unlit stairs with obvious construction going on and many trip hazards. That was terrifying. You can’t flush toilet paper in the toilet (not uncommon in Thailand but helpful to know). The hot water did not work and even after the company came to check they said it was “hot” but it was barely lukewarm. There were dings and chunks taken out of the walls and the floor looked dirty but may have been just stained. The shower floor was worn away. This place is not legally allowed to be rented out (a sign at the entrance very clearly states this) so it is nerve wracking to stay in an illegal rental.
