Location
1. There was no front desk stuff to support,
2. Only an old security guard cum gardener (to water plants) was sitting for the whole day in a chair who looked very tired and disturbed, seeing so many guests coming and going,
3. The big board, written in red letters that “this is not a hotel and short stay below 30 days bla bla bla is illegal according to Thailand law gave me some annoyance, specifically when my wife saw the board and getting panicked and saying what if police comes……

the modern room (led ceiling lights), the pool that was open until late with the best city view i have ever seen, the same with the gym that had panoramic views of the city
tv didnt have netflix/amazon prime/youtube, gym was really hot on some of the days (no aircon), sofabed was a bit small, place was tricky to find and we got lost

No wifi and tv didn’t work. offered airport pickup and drop off in the booking but only got pickup and was told by owner I had to arrange the drop off to airport via the platform after advertised included on booking.com
