Welcome to Harmony Living, your 121 sqm city retreat in the heart of Sukhumvit. As we own the entire building, you can expect a peaceful and private stay. This renovated two-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment is designed for comfort, featuring new air conditioning, quality mattresses, and large air purifiers in each bedroom.
The master bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub while the second bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite shower room. A separate guest toilet is provided. For larger groups, up to two extra beds can be arranged for an additional fee.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, hood, refrigerator, microwave, and a private washer/dryer—ideal for families and long-term stays. Strong fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available throughout the unit.

## Getting Around ##
** Free Shuttle: 9 AM–5 PM (closed Sundays) to Terminal 21 and mid-Soi 11 (drop-off only).
** By Foot: 100 m to the canal boat pier; 900 m to Nana BTS.
** By Train: 500 m to MRT Phetchaburi and Makkasan Airport Rail Link.
** Please note there is school traffic from 3:30–4:15 PM on weekdays.

No smoking inside or on the balcony. Designated smoking areas are on the ground and 8th floor. A THB 10,000 penalty applies for indoor smoking. Please do not throw tissue or objects into toilets; a THB 1,000 penalty applies.

Dont hesitate to book this property. The property description and photos are accurate. This is an older building, but well-maintained. The apartment has been updated and is lovely. It is a real plus to have onsite manager there on property and the free golf cart rides to nearby places during the day is a huge bonus. In case you are planning to cook in the apartment, that is difficult. The kitchen is VERY small, and there is very little cookware to use and few dishes and silverware. The lack of cookware is the biggest hindrance-- you could prepare a sandwich here, and there is a wok and a few pots, but no skillet/pan for cooking.However, the Grab app can deliver almost anything! And other than the kitchen, the apartment is wonderful, great location near Sukhumvit and Soi 11, where there are an abundance of restaurants.
