Die Wohnung ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und funktionierte. Die Vermieterin Stefania kam bei der Ankunft auf Wunsch dazu und erklärte alles sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es mangelt an Halterungen und Ablagemõglichkeiten im Bad. Die Arbeitsflâche in der Küche ist zugestellt und der Hahn ist ohne Warmwasser. Das Treppenhaus, die Garage und der Außenbereich könnten mehr Pflege vertragen. Der Balkon hat keinen Sonnenschutz.

L'appartamento è dotato di ogni tipo di comfort, non manca davvero niente. Molto semplice il ritiro delle chiavi. Posto molto silenzioso e tranquillo. La terrazza dotata di sedie tavolino è molto grande. Davvero molto gradito il posto auto in garage coperto dove poter ritirare la moto per la notte. Disponibilissima e gentilissima la proprietaria Stefania. Davvero un ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, elegante, arredato veramente con gusto, camera grande, idem il bagno. La cucina ha tutto quello che può servire, dai fuochi ad induzione, al microonde, alla macchinetta del caffè. Host super gentile, ottima la comunicazione. Ci ritornerò
