Stufioflat 1 is situated on the ground floor of the main Villa (where the owners live) at Residenza Su Prelau residence.
Surronded by a beautiful mediterranean garden Studioflat 1 has an indipendent entrance with garden view and is equipped with a big kitchenette (fullt furnished and equipped) , doble bed, bathroom with shower and a private outside area where you dan dine al fresco. The Studio is very close to the town of Gonnesa, and to a beautiful beach (just 3 km away, reachable by bike as well).
All the studios ar equipped with T.V.,A/C, remote controlled gates ,crockery/cuttlery, kitchen utensils, gas cooker, oven, refridgerator, freezer.
Available to share with other guests: BBQ Area, terrace with parasol and sun recliners, outside shower facilities.
Parking it's uncovered but internal at the villa and safe.
The villa is in the countryside, so you will pass your holidays in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. You can reach the village Gonnesa by walk, bike or car, where you can find supermarket,post office, bank, chemist, doctor, hairdressing salon, breadshop. Residence Su Prelau it's very close too to the sea and a beautiful beach, 4km long of gold sand. There are also a lot of amazing beaches to see all around we'll be at your complete disposal to recommend the most beautiful. We also offer advice about various kinds of routes: archeolocical routes, naturalistic routes and enogastronomic routes. It is possible too practise various sports, with your own equipment, as well surf, windsurf, kitesurf, climbing, biking.
- Animals are allowed but you have to keep them always with you and control them (there are our 4 cats and 3 dogs around).
- You will have to recycle, you will find all the dedicated bins inside the unit and the property.
-Please don't smoke inside the unit. You can smoke outside on the patio or in the garden.
- If you break or damage something, please inform us asap so we can replace or repair it.
- We live in the property, so please if you have any problems let us know straight away so we will do our best to fix it.

Al nostro arrivo, dopo un lungo viaggio, siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e gioia dai proprietari che ci hanno mostrato l'appartamento e il complesso residenziale. L'appartamento era molto grande e confortevole con tutto il necessario per una splendida vacanza! Anche la struttura è molto curata e bella infonde calore e accoglienza a chi arriva. Il proprietario ci ha consigliato siti archeologici, spiagge e miniere da vedere. Veramente molto gentili e ospitali anche nei confronti del nostro cagnolino. La Sardegna è veramente una bellissima terra ed essere ospitati qui rende le vacanze ancora più indimenticabili grazie di tutto.

Mia moglie Sheila ha già scritto l'essenziale ma ci tenevo a sottolineare due cose: la calorosa ospitalità dei gestori ed il perfetto connubio tra comfort e natura. Siete in campagna anche se vicino al mare ma avete tutto, compresi aria condizionata, lavatrice e rete WiFi ad alta velocità grazie alla quale ho potuto seguire eventi sportivi e vedere film. Notevole poi il terrazzino con vista mare ben ventilato.

Ottima soluzione per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla all'insegna della natura tra mare e monti, con possibilità di innumerevoli camminate o percorsi in mountain bike nei dintorni alla scoperta del territorio e delle innumerevoli miniere in disuso che punteggiano la zona. L'appartamento è confortevole e ben tenuto, non manca nulla, a soli 3 km dal mare in una zona molto tranquilla ma vicinissima alla cittadina di Gonnesa ed a 8km da Iglesias. Da qui si possono raggiungere le splendide spiagge della zona, sia verso nord che a sud. I padroni di casa, persone deliziose, abitano nel residence e sono stati molto ospitali, senza per questo risultare invadenti. Anzi, ci hanno fornito informazioni utilissime per visitare i dintorni in mtb. Siamo stati benissimo e lo consiglierei vivamente a chi ama la bellissima terra e mare di Sardegna. Grazie.
