Tanca Piras Residence is located in the centre of Nebida, a little town perched on the cliffs of Sulcis Iglesiente. The residence is composed by brand new apartments that front towards the sea, offering a stunning view of the coast and Pan di Zucchero rock.
S’Arromaniu apartment is furnished with taste and develops on 60 squared metres, distributed on two floors. At the ground floor, a luminous living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with window and shower. At the second floor, two cosy double bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom with window and shower. Outside, the private garden allows S'Arromanius guests to live and relax in the open air. Furthermore, the residence offers a swimming pool, a restaurant, a garage and a park of six hectares. Tanca Piras residence is the perfect place to enjoy the calm and typical scent of this wonderful spot of Sardinia, rich of history and far from the mass tourism.
Nebida and its surroundings are known for the beautiful beaches, but also because they testify a recent past linked to the mining activities. Near the emerald water of wonderful inlets you can often find the ruins of ancient mining sites, as the laveria La Marmora, that rises on the rocks near the residence.
Electric heater is an extra and costs 5 Euro per day
In case of late check in after 8 pm, an extra cost of 10 Euro will be charged

Everything is regulated, too much so.
The pool is open until 18:00, so it is closed during the afternoon siesta.
The complex is beautiful, the apartment is nice and well equipped, and the area is fabulous.
The personal check-in is unnecessary, a coded lock next to the door would be enough, anyway we got the wrong remote control key, a barely working remote control, which we have repaired. We had to pay for 10 euros, because we got to the accommodation at 8:20 p.m.

We stayed one week in May. Weather and temperature were good. The flat is great (as described on the offer) with a beautiful view of the swimming pool & the sea. If you have questions or need something you can contact the owner by phone or email whenever you want.
The flat is within a small holiday village very colorful and with nature all around. A good restaurant is 20m from the flat.

I have stayed in this appartment with my wife and son (4 years old) and we really enjoyed ourselves. The appartment is clean and modern decorated with very good beds. Also the view from the living room/ kitchen is very beautiful. We really enjoyed sitting there, drinking a glass of wine.
The property around the appartment is also great. There is a large swimming pool and lots of walking routes with really beautifull views (also my son enjoyed this and wanted to walk and climb every evening!). The restaurant is also very good. serving nice sardegnian food, although it opens quite late for non italian children (around 20:30).
Nebida in itself is just a small town where you can buy some groceries, and where there are a few reastaurants and bars. But you will definately need a car to get to the beach or around the south west of sardegna.
The information and welcome we received from Marco when we arrived was very nice and made us feel very welcome. In short we really enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to coming back some time!

"We enjoyed the house very much. Clean and nice. Nebida is small and very pretty. 2 small supermarked, restaurant nearby and a incredible view. It''s a shame that the people did not speak english. And there was no washing machine.Over all a very nice place to enjoy your holiday."
