il proprietario gentilissimo, la posizione della casa vicino alla metro e a tutti i servizi, il piano alto, l'ascensore
rimodernerei i mobili e le dotazioni, aggiungerei un comodino con luce da lettura sono presenti ancora molte cose del proprietario in casa. Finchè si tratta di materiale utilizzabile, come stoviglie etc è ottimo, ma alcuni armadi presentano ancora oggetti, abiti, documenti... abbiamo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda e il lavandino del bagno. Essendo il weekend di Pasqua non abbiamo voluto disturbare, probabilmente si sarebbe risolto col suo intervento, in quanto molto gentile e disponibile.

Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e arredato con gusto. Pulizia impeccabile e dotato di ogni comfort, con cucina ben attrezzata e letto molto comodo. Posizione ottima, comoda ai servizi e ideale per visitare la zona. Proprietario estremamente gentile e disponibile.
