La posizione comodissima e l appartamento molto funzionale

C'est un bel endroit, sécuritaire. L'appartement est grand et bien équipé. Il y a tous les services aux abords de cet appartement, c'est très très bien desservi.
Transport. Les quartiers populaires sont éloignés et il faut constamment prendre le métro pour se déplacer vers le centre. Sinon, les distances à pied sont éloignées.
Insonorisation. C'est un vieil immeuble charmant et l'insonorisation n'est pas au meilleur. En septembre 2025, des travaux de construction étaient en chantier à proximité et les ouvriers commençaient très tôt.

El apartamento tiene un tamaño muy bueno. Una cocina muy funcional, con estufa, nevera, máquina de lavavajillas, cafetera. El salón es confortable. Está ubicado en la 4a planta, pero tiene ascensor. Barrio muy tranquilo.
No hay ninguna televisión en la propiedad.

不慣れな私の多くの質問に対しても終始丁寧に答えて下さいました。日本語で対応して下さるので細かなリクエストにも齟齬なく伝えることができてとても助かりました。内装やインテリアも素敵で、また利用させて頂きたいと思いました。
到着日が日曜(休日)であった為、対面での説明が叶わなかったのですが直接お会いできたらと思いました。
