Villa con piscina en Madroñal Fañabe, Costa Adeje

Great villa overrall, with very good location if you want to be at the center of the south side of the island. The outside kitchen really adds to the villa. The host was heplful with all of our request.

The villa would need a renovation. For example one of the upstairs terrace doors did not open, and also the shutters could not be closed. This was frustrating as the window got sunlight from early morning.

Good location, 20 minute walk to the beach.

"It wasn't worth the money. Throughout the entire vacation, we had issues with cockroaches in the house, which was very unpleasant. The manager had pest control come, but there are still cockroaches. There were mold problems in the bathrooms and one bedroom due to leakage. Mold on the outdoor cushions. Stains on the sofa inside. Dust/spider webs on the ceiling. Didn’t use the bath because we just didnt find it clean. The manager speaks poor English, making communication difficult. The electricity went out several times. Poorly maintained and no proper cleaning. After the pest control treatment for the cockroaches, the manager showed no interest in our satisfaction. They now indicate otherwise to Booking.com. Very disappointing
