Relax, lovely and comfortable

The apartment was very nice, very clean and relax. The reception was really really lovely and they helped us in everything. They have a high quality cafeteria downstairs in which you can take your breakfast. we really enjoyed it

Exceeded all expectations. Work trip turned into vacation

Georgios was an amazing host. The property has a bakery on the first floor, and he provided Cappuccinos and baked goods every morning, checked up on us for anything we might have needed. He went above and beyond to make us comfortable and the room was super clean. Everything looked brand new. There are also black out shades on all windows and allow you to sleep anytime to adjust your schedule. We didn't get the top floor but that room has a rooftop balcony with views of the whole city and the sea. Its a short walk to University of Aristotle and there is a bus stop literally right across the street with buses every 10-15 minutes to the university and city center. We caught a train over to Mt. Olympus for one day.

The area looks a little sketchy if you're not from the city and haven't travelled much, but there's a lot of work going on in the area and Marilia is basically a brand new building with several other hotels on the street being completely redone. We walked down the street multiple nights with a small child and never felt unsafe. Most people are super friendly. The streets are well lit and there are lots of shops and cafes open pretty late in the area, so really there isnt anything we didnt like. Its on our list of places to go back to.

Brilliant hotel in Thessaloniki

The deluxe apartment was brilliant. Love it! Enough space, cozy, nice bathroom, bed was very comfortable, and the host very polite and help. I recommend it with two hands!

Love this place

The host Giorge was very friendly and a great host, he went put of his way to accomdate us. They have a great bakery in the oremises and good coffee. I absolutley reccomend this place to anyone!

Perfect place for exploring city

The property is new and has a friendly host. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. On the ground floor, there’s an excellent bakery/café with delicious pastries and coffee. The bus stop to the city center is right in front of the property, and you can buy tickets from the host. Parking is close to the building and seems very secure.

Great staff. Bringing coffee to room only with a phone call (plus biscuts). Each room had a balcony. Great views from the top. Great neighborhood. Good recomandation of near by taverna. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

Excellent for a second time!

Second time staying at this hotel, and simply it is excellent! Very clean, comfortable, always found a parking spot for the car just in front of the hotel, and the rooms are spacious with a bedroom and a living room. The owner is very hospitable.

Excellent place with a very generous and hospitable people

George, the owner of the hotel is very welcoming and very generous and hospitable. He really does his best for the guests to feel at home. The hotel is very clean, you have all facilities that you need. There is a parking spot in front of the hotel, and we did not face any problem to park the rented car. There is a nice bakery just next to the hotel with fresh pastries. The beds are comfortable. I would truly recommend this place, and I would stay again when I visit Thessaloniki again.

Hôtel très confortable, idéal pour profiter de Thessalonique sans les inconvénients du centre ville.

L'hôtel est situé dans une rue très calme du quartier de Triandria. Les appartements sont spacieux et confortables. L'hôtel ne propose pas de petit-déjeuner, mais il est possible de manger dans la très bonne boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble. Places de parking réservées devant l'hôtel. Le moyen le plus simple et le plus économique de rejoindre le centre ville est de prendre le bus juste en face de l'hôtel (15-20 minutes de trajet, toutes les 10 minutes). Accueil irréprochable.

Nous aurions aimé disposer d'une bouilloire électrique dans les chambres.

Η διαμονή ήταν ευχάριστη και άνετη, προσφέροντας μια θετική εμπειρία συνολικά.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο και εξαιρετικά καθαρό, προσφέροντας μια ευχάριστη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή. Οι παροχές κάλυψαν πλήρως τις ανάγκες μας. Επιπλέον, η τιμή ήταν πολύ προσιτή σε σχέση με την ποιότητα του καταλύματος, κάτι που αποτέλεσε σίγουρα ένα θετικό στοιχείο της εμπειρίας μας.

Η τοποθεσία δεν ήταν τόσο βολική, ιδιαίτερα για επισκέπτες που δεν γνωρίζουν καλά την πόλη. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε σχετικά στενό δρόμο και όχι σε ιδιαίτερα κεντρικό σημείο, κάτι που δυσκολεύει λίγο την πρόσβαση. Επιπλέον, δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμη θέση στάθμευσης και η εύρεση πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή αποδείχθηκε αρκετά δύσκολη.

Nog niet eerder zo'n gastvrije en behulpzame ontvangst gehad als in Marelia Urban. Het hotel heeft een moderne uitstraling, prima voorzieningen (douche, koelkast), goede bedden en wordt uitstekend schoongehouden. Bij de bakker onder het hotel kun je heerlijk ontbijten met versgebakken broodjes en pasteitjes. In directe omgeving van het hotel bevinden zich supermarkt, diverse winkels en eetgelegenheden. Het historisch centrum van Thessaloniki is zeer goed bereikbaar; er is een frequente busverbinding (lijn 17) en de halte is vlak vóór het hotel.

Σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σε επίσκεψη μας στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημενοι.

Πολυ προσεγμενα διαμερίσματα. Πεντακάθαρα. Ο κύριος Γιώργος που μας υποδεχθηκε ευγενέστατος και τρομερά εξυπηρετικος καθολη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής μας. Το πρωί μας κέρασαν και πρωινο απο το φούρνο που βρίσκεται κάτω απο τα διαμερίσματα.

Host e pulizia eccezionali

Struttura gestita da George, un host accogliente, disponibile e generoso. La camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Adiacente alla reception vi è un panificio gestito da lui, ogni mattina ci teneva ad offrire un caffè e dolcetto. Un raro esempio di altruismo.

Unglaublich tolle Unterkunft! :-D Super netter Gastgeber! Sehr sehr saubere und moderne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und einem unfassbar bequemen Bett. Aufzug vorhanden, Parken in den Straßen kostenlos. Zimmer im 5. Stock mit Terrasse, sehr schön. Kaffee und Snacks erhält am in der eigenen Bäckerei nebenan :-))

EXCELENT LA TOATE CAPITOLELE ! Sa nu-l ratati daca ajungeti pe acolo ! Camerele impecabile ! Am fost 5 familii, am luat 4 apartamente si o camera hotel ! De vis ! Cel care se ocupa de administrare este foarte amabil si de ajutor. Au o brutarie la parter cu bunatati de patiserie facute acolo si cafea ! EXCELENT LA TOATE CAPITOLELE !

Nu are ce sa nu iti placa ! Daca totuaibtrebuie sa scriu ceva eate faptul ca nu sunt locuribde parcare ...dar asa e toata grecia. Am foatb5 masini si au locuri doar pentru 3...dar nu a foat o problema !

Изненадаха ни приятно с безплатна закуска в пекарната под хотела и кафе / капучино към нея. За изпът даже получихме хапване от пекарната :-). Най-доброто беше, че имахме място за паркиране точно пред входната врата, което е голям късмет за Солун. Персоналът беше много любезен и откликваше бързо на запитванията ни. Като бонус успяхме да разгледаме и града. Много сме доволни.

Единственото подобрение, за което се сещам, е да се постави място за закачане на душа в банята, за да не се налага да го държиш в ръка непрекъснато. В някои ситуации е доста неудобно.

Βολική η τοποθεσία ..καθώς μας παρείχε ο κ.Γιωργος τη δική του θέση πάρκινγκ και κυκλοφορούσαμε με το λεωφορείο.Η στάση είναι απέναντι από το δωμάτιο. Πολύ εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης..μας κέρασε το πρωινό καφεδάκι στον φούρνο που έχει στο ισόγειο. Όλα καλά...λίγο στενά για τα δικά μας κυβικά.Νερακι στο ψυγείο και παντόφλες στις παροχές!

Ήταν λίγο στενά στο μπάνιο και το κρεβάτι, αν και πολύ καλό το στρώμα,μας δυσκόλεψε λίγο καθώς γλιστρούσαμε από δεξιά κ αριστερά...

Περάσαμε 3 υπέροχες ημέρες στο Marelia Urban και μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι! Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος, άνετος και φροντισμένος μέχρι την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια. Ο κύριος Γιώργος, ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος, ευγενικός και πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στο μέλλον και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Ξεκινώ από την τοποθεσία, μου αρέσει η Τριανδρία σαν τοποθεσία κοντά στον περιφερειακό, γρήγορη πρόσβαση προς το κέντρο. Ο κύριος Γιώργος με τον οποίο μίλησα εξαιρετικός, φιλικός έτοιμος να δώσει λύση σε οτιδήποτε του ζητηθεί. Είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα το ξανά επισκεφθώ. Ευχαριστώ για την φιλοξενία.

Tranzit in Salonic

Apartamente noi renovate , intr-o zona linistita , nu foarte departe de faleza , cu o priveliste minunata pe intreg orasul. Proprietarul foarte atent la toate detaliile , orientat catre a multumii pe toata lumea . Desi nu era prevaut la inchiriere am avut parte de un mic dejun( cafea si patiserie ) gratuit , de la locatia de la parterul blocului.

Baia este micuta , ceva gen cabina de vas de croaziera , dar bine dotata .
