Very good experience

Sparkling clean , new concruction and comfortable. My partner and I had a wonderful stay on May 1st. We were particularly impressed with the from our big balcony, which was a real highlight. The easy online check-in process made our arrival smooth and hassle-free, and we found our accomodation to be very clean throughout our stay. Casa Primavera provided a convenient experience for our couple's getaway. We'd definitely recommend it!

I slept very poorly. The room is not suitable for anyone who wishes to stay asleep after 6.30am

The location is good and relatively central easily accesible with public transport. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I slept really poorly! The reason is that the room does not have blackout curtains and the morning sun floods the room! Surely it does have curtains but they do not block the light. The room was cool when I went to bed but I woke up at 7am drenched in sweat. One cannot turn the aircondition on as the temperature in the night is different than when the sun hits the windows in the morning. The property , unlike all the rest of the buildings in the same street has no shutters , nor shades, surely someone was trying to save money when the property was revnovated. The room has a fridge,which is great to keep stuff cool but it is noisy, I had to unplug it during the night. The reception girl was very rude. When I mentioned the problem of the sun she has instisting that the curtainsa are black out and I shoudl not complain, although I showed her the images that I took in the mornign. When I asked her if I could change my room and be given a different one facing the internal courtyard and not east wards, she first instisted that all rooms are the same ( they are not!) and then pretended to check and answered there are no rooms available ( Wednesday and no peak season) although I have checked online before and all booking sites had availabilty.

The close proximity to the university and to main attractions and shopping was a plus. The room and the hotel was very clean, coffee and tea was provided for every day.

The mattress was extremely hard so quitte uncomfortable which was the only downside to this place

Broom Closet

Close to city centre

Not a good experience. Everything was clean and the bathroom had a marble floor. However, that doesn't help when you can hear guests in the stairwell in the middle of the night as if they were standing with you in the room, the sounds from the bathrooms and rooms of other guests are loud. The window makes you look down a dark shaft after 30cm. When the light is turned on in the stairwell, it is bright in the room unless you have rolled down the blind to the stairs. Overall a rather claustrophobic experience of an architectural disaster. Wasted money, not an economy room but a broom closet with marble in the bathroom.

Brand new hotel. Neighborhood super quite. Nice balcony. You can be In front of the white tower in 10 min walk. From there you have plenty of choice on the seafront avenue to take a coffee, a cocktail, or have any type of gastronomy you want....
