Very comfortable beds, good space inside. If you have a car it's a good midtown location. Host was excellent and very kind to leave us drop off our fridge food early.
Looks a bit rough when you pull up outside but it's fine once you're inside. It's a basement apartment in a building with a shared building entrance and the laundry facilities are shared so you may have to wait to use machines. There was only one very small pot and no oven baking tray so this is a small thing that could be improved.

Cleanliness was low in the kitchen
The place had somewhat of a musty smell. Kitchen utensils and appliances were barely usable.
