In need of repairs/upkeep

The quality of furnishings was exceptional. We enjoyed the artwork and large tv. Having so much space and a w/d access (free!) was lovely. The bed was comfy & I really liked the shower.

I wished it had a more comfy/homey feel. It is a bit dark. The floor was quite dirty (to be fair, we asked last minute to check in early)

I was stressed as the last time was a nightmare to get to appointments. This time the location was outstanding as we were there for medical appointments and all appointments were within a 5 mile area. Having a kitchen made feeding everyone on a budget easy.

The TVs stopped working but that was out of everyone's control. Someone came over and they all decided to work again and did not have a problem. I guess maybe a few mixing bowls in the kitchen should also help for those that prefer to cook.

o sistema de senha para entrada na acomodação é confuso. Recebi o código porém tinha que digitar uma tecla antes, e eu não havia entendido. Isso já era de madrugada, extremamente frio. Ligamos no telefone de emergência várias vezes e não fomos atendidos, apenas uma secretária eletrônica. Demoramos uma hora para poder entrar na acomodação e isso no frio de Anchorage. Após várias tentativas, finalmente conseguimos entrar, porém o anfitrião não nos atendeu no fone de emergência. Isso pq eu o havia contatado 2 ou 3 x dizendo que chegaria de madrugada por conta do horário de chegada do meu vôo. Foi terrível.
