I would have liked to open the window, in the bedroom - but the window was locked. I didn't like the fact, I only booked the home for 1 night, I should have done the whole weekend. My mistake.

Overall a lovely and peaceful stay for the night

The property was in a central yet quiet location and was comfortable. Check in instructions were nice and clear. It felt homely and had everything we needed for the night

There was some general wear and tear (such as marks on the walls), but that’s to be expected all things considered and had no overall impact on the stay

Excellent value for money lovely house

Comfortable and clean good facilities everything working , clean bathroom and bedding very good value for money . Location excellent for what we wanted lovely decor cushions and bedding would defo stay again very pleased

The worst experience. Very dirty, very poorly furnished house.

The house was close to Sainsbury's and Lidl. which was the only good thing. There were supposed to be 2 car parking permits, there was only one as the previous guests took the other one with them. The communication between us and the agency was very good.

The house was in a very bad condition - beds were small (supposed to be double but they were much smaller), uncomfortable, not all bedding was changed, one of my pillows smelt of sweat, the carpet in the ground floor bedroom smelt of urine. The living room sofa and rug were disgustingly dirty. There seemed to be a problem with the drainage as by the time we returned from our day out, the whole house smelt of poo. We booked 3 nights but stayed only one. After our day out, came back to the house, packed and left.

The property was clean and in a convenient location, close to a petrol station and supermarket. The owner was nice.

There was no parking permit provided, and although the owners kindly offered to cover any parking tickets, it was still inconvenient. They were apologetic. The house is very small and felt cramped for five people. It was also quite warm during our stay, with only one small fan available. A lack of mirrors and body towels added to the inconvenience. Being on a busy road, we also experienced quite a bit of traffic noise at night and needed windows open.

Good place for viewing the potteries

Great location for us to see the potteries. Generally clean property.

The rooms were much smaller than it looked on the website but didn't really matter as there were only 3 of us. It would be a squeeze for 6 people and there would have been a shortage of plates and glasses.

Location Freshly renovated Clean TV (although took time to work out how to use)

Cold when we arrived (no boiler pressure) (soon rectified by Emeka although we would have preferred not to have troubled him) No Tea Towel to dry up pots Missing coasters in bedrooms (we worried about marking furniture so used folded toilet roll)

Lovely stayed near Alton Tower

Onyinye was a lovely host. She assisted with any help I needed, and I was welcomed with a basket of a sweet; my kids loved it, and she also provided me with a baby cot that made my day when my baby settled in very well; we felt like home with all necessity is provided and is look all brand new with comfy bed, even though the house seems like Victorian style house but it's so modern with all facilities complete, we will definitely recommend to my friends and will stayed again in future to Alton Tower and the area is close to Sainsbury and Lidl so convenient

Anfitrión super amable y atento, respondía siempre super rápido y nos solucionada todo. El apartamento estaba super limpio y con todo lo necesario. Además el hecho de que tengan permiso para aparcar en la calle es un plus. Nosotros nos alojamos aquí para ir a Alton Towers

Las camas eres bastante blandas para nosotros y el aire acondicionado no llegaba a las habitaciones de arriba
