Das Apartment ist sehr süß eingerichtet und die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist wirklich praktisch. Auch der Vermieter war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen schnell reagiert. Die Gegend wirkt teilweise etwas beängstigend, allerdings haben wir uns im Apartment selbst sicher gefühlt. Man muss durch drei verschiedene Türen, um ins Apartment zu gelangen.
In der Wohnung waren einige Ameisen unterwegs und das Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber. Besonders im oberen Stockwerk war ein deutlicher Feuchtigkeitsgeruch wahrnehmbar. Dort wurde es außerdem sehr heiß. Es gab zwar einen Ventilator, dieser hat jedoch kaum für Abkühlung gesorgt. Die Klimaanlage im unteren Stockwerk hat dagegen gut funktioniert.

La struttura si trova in una zona centrale, con possibilità da parcheggiare in struttura privata. L’host e’ stata veramente gentile e disponibile, molto alla mano.

Posizione centrale, comunicazione con lo staff e prezzo.
Di per sé la struttura ha buone potenzialità ma occorre adottare delle soluzioni reali per l’umidità che è un elemento persistente e insopportabile, per non parlare della puzza che arrivava dallo scarico della doccia. Il materasso del letto veramente scomodo. Pulizia da rivedere.
Siamo rimasti solo perché non avevamo alternative ma saremmo andati via dopo la prima notte.
